Dana is new to insurance, but not to customer service and sales support. As a small business owner for over 28 years, she’s been a creative partner to individuals and businesses large and small. She also enjoys animal rescue, nature, playing music with friends in the local Kansas City music scene, and philosophical studies.

Michelle has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, the last have been with our agency. She works with our new and existing clients to customize our personal and commercial lines products to fit their specific needs. She also provides processing and billing support to clients and office staff. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going to the beach, and watching KU men's basketball.
